The Arabian Source of the Hui Mosque’s Building and Decorating Style in China

阿拉伯宗教建筑风格缘起于克尔白的建设与装饰,在伊斯兰教兴起后,其教义与习俗决定了清真寺的基本形制。我国回族清真寺在历史演变中虽大量吸收汉族建设文化,但依然受到阿拉伯风格的根本影响。

The Arabian religious building style began from Ka＇bah＇s building and decorating process. In the Islam period, Mosque＇s basic pattern was decided by Islamic religious doctrine and convention. Although Chinese Hui Mosques absorbed Chinese building culture in the course of history, we can still find the fundamental influence of the inside Arabian style.
