Just Resolution of Idiographic Cases is an aim that modem International Private Law researchers seek for. This article indicates that it is a basic principle of modem Conflict Law, but not a common trend. In practice, we should combine the modem methods of law choosing with the traditional conflict rules. Only in this way can we get hold of the justice in idiographic cases.
