以学生职业生涯发展为主线,创办特色高等职业院校,是目前高职院校保持可持续性发展的有效途径。齐齐哈尔职业学院多年来先后建立了"专业法人制度"、"第三学期制度"、"教案变学案"及"项目作业"教学法等;同时通过"前校后厂"、"校企产学合作"的实践办学模式推动学院向前发展。
