农村社区精神分裂症患者的亲属负担

Families burden of schzophrenia in rural community

本文报告１７１例农村社区精神分裂症患者亲属负担的现状调查结果，发现亲属负担以经济开支及患者不能干家务的负担最重；社区中承担对患者护理的亲属主要为配偶（４６％）及父母（３１％）；７３．５％的亲属不感到有社交行为障碍方面的负担；５７．８％的亲属不愿主动承担对患者的照料。

The families burden of 171 schizophrenia was surveyed in rural community of Xinjin county,Sichuan provience.The results show that familiesburden were finances and the patients couldnt do housework.The primary carer were spouse(46%) and parents(31%);There were 73.5% families who do not feel burden while caring for the patients on patients social difficult behaviour,and 57.8% families wouldnt assume any responsibility of patients in attitude of caring.
