摘要
本文从竞争情报系统的特性和建设意义出发,介绍了建立竞争情报系统的基本架构,分析其采用的技术及在企业应用的方法,并总结了竞争情报工作对企业发展的作用。
Setting up the basic structure for competitive intelligence system is described in this article in the view of feature and using value of competitive intelligence system. The using method and technology in the enterprise are analyzed and the effect of competitive intelligence system on enterprise development is summarized.
