酵母细胞壁在鲫鱼饲料中的应用效果初探 被引量:3

摘要 为评定酵母细胞壁对鲫鱼生长、免疫器官和肌肉营养成分的影响,测定饲养40 d后鲫鱼的生长性能、头肾指数、脾脏指数和肌肉营养成分。结果表明:在饲料中添加0.1%的酵母细胞壁能显著提高鲫鱼的增重率,降低饵料系数(P<0.05)。添加酵母细胞壁对鲫鱼的头肾指数和脾脏指数无显著影响(P>0.05);酵母细胞壁对鲫鱼的肌肉营养成分无显著影响(P>0.05)。 In order to evaluate the effects of yeast cell wall on carp growth, immunity apparatus and muscle nutrients, carp growing performance, head kidney index, spleen index and muscle nutrients were determined after breeding for 40 days. The results showed that 0.1% yeast cell wall added into the basal feed could increase the rate of gain and decrease the diet coefficient ( P 〈 0.05 ). The Yeast cell wall could not significantly effect on the carp head kidney index and spleen index ( P 〉 0.05 ). There were also no significant effects on carp muscle nutrients ( P 〉 0.05 ).
