稻谷替代玉米对肉用仔鸡生产、屠宰性能和部分血液生化指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验分3个组,研究在不同生长阶段用不同比例稻谷替代玉米对肉用仔鸡生产、屠宰性能和部分血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:1~21日龄时,3个组间生产性能差异不显著(P〉0.05);22~42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组、对照组比较只均增重显著降低(P〈0.05),试验Ⅰ组与对照组比较只均增重差异不显著(P〉0.05);42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组腹脂率显著低于试验Ⅰ组及对照组(P〈0.05);3个组间在各生长时期其他屠宰性能差异不显著(P〉0.05)。21日龄时,试验Ⅰ组血清谷丙转氨酶、血清碱性磷酸酶浓度较试验Ⅱ组、对照组显著增高(P〈0.05),3个组间其他血液生化指标差异不显著(P〉0.05);试验Ⅱ组血清尿素氮浓度较其他两组显著增高(P〈0、05);42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组血清尿素氮浓度较其他两组显著增高(P〈0、05),3个组间其他各血液生化指标均差异不显著(P〉0.05)。说明:用稻谷替代日粮中40%的玉米,对肉仔鸡各生长阶段生产、屠宰性能无影响。稻谷完全替代玉米,对肉仔鸡1~21日龄时生产、屠宰性能影响不显著,22~42日龄时只均增重、腹脂率显著降低;但42日龄时体重基本符合AA肉鸡上市要求,对肉仔鸡血液生化指标特别是42日龄时指标无影响。 The experiment is divided into three groups to study the effects of paddy in different proportions as substitute for corn in different ratios on growth, slaughter performance and partial biochemical parameters of blood in broilers in different growing stages. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in production performance among three groups in period of 1 -21days (P 〉 0.05 ) ; but in period of 22 ~ 42 days, the broilers in treatment Ⅱ got lowest average body gain comparing with treatment Ⅰ and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), there was no significant difference between treatment Ⅰ and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; in period of 42 days, the content of abdominal fat in treatment Ⅱ was lower than that of both treatment Ⅰ and control group significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was no significant difference on slaughter performance among three groups (P 〉 0.05 ) ; in age of 21d, the content of both GPT and AKP in serum in treatment I were higher than that in other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , there was no significant difference between serum biochemical parameters among other three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; in age of 42 d, The concentration of BUN in treatment II was obviously higher than that in other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , there was no significant difference between serum biochemical parameters among three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : there was no affect on growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical parameters in broilers when substituting paddy for 40% corn in diets. Substituting paddy for corn completely in diets did not affect the growth, slaughter performance of broilers in age of 21 d. The average body gain and the proportion of abdominal fat decreased significantly in the period of 22 -42 d, but body weight could basically meet the requirement for market sale in age of 42 d and there was no affect on serum biochemical parameters of broilers especially in age of 42 d.
