原子荧光光谱法测定饲料中的砷和镉 被引量:2

摘要 利用原子荧光光谱仪,采用氢化物发生一原子荧光法同时测定饲料中砷和镉。通过试验确定了仪器工作参数,砷的浓度在0~1000ng/ml,镉的浓度在0~50ng/ml时与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998。砷和镉的加标回收率分别为96.2%~102.7%和94.6%~107.4%。试样测定相对标准偏差分别为2.87%~3.65%和3.10%~3.57%。检出限分别为0.237μg/L和0.0161μg/L。 Arsenic and cadmium in feeds were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The apparatus parameters were determined after experiment. The concentration of arsenic and cadmium were linear with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0 ~ 1 000 ng/ml and 0 ~ 50 ng/ml, the related coefficient were 0. 999 9 and 0. 999 8 respectively. The recoveries were 96.2% ~ 102.7% for arsenic and 94.6% ~ 107.4% for cadmium. The relative standard deviation of samples was 2.87% ~ 3.65% for arsenic and 3.10% ~ 3.57% for cadmium. The detection limits were 0. 237 μg/L for arsenic and 0. 016 1μg/L for cadmium.
