阿维菌素复方制剂2号对绵羊体内外寄生虫驱除试验

EFFECT OF AVERMECTIN COMPLEX FORMA Ⅱ ON TREATING THE NEMATODE AND MITES IN SHEEP

目的试验阿维菌素复方制剂2号中左旋咪唑与阿维菌素混合有无配伍禁忌及驱除绵羊体内外寄生虫效果。方法通过虫卵和痒螨检查确定阳性羊,设Ⅰ组:阿维菌素复方制剂2号(阿维剂量0.4mg/kg.BW.左旋剂量4mg/kg.BW);Ⅱ组:1%阿维菌素注射液0.4 mg/kg.BW;Ⅲ组:20%左旋咪唑注射液4 mg/kg.BW;Ⅳ组:左旋咪唑片剂7.5 mg/kg.BW;Ⅴ组:空白对照组,按羊的体重皮下注射或口服药物。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组羊用药后痒螨驱净率达100%,10 d试验羊虫卵减少率为100%和粗计驱虫率也为100%。Ⅲ组羊虫卵减少率和粗计驱虫率分别为91.3%和85%,Ⅳ组羊虫卵减少率和粗计驱虫率分别为82.7%和75%。结论阿维菌素复方制剂2号中左旋咪唑与阿维菌素混合无配伍禁忌,其驱除绵羊体内外寄生虫效果极佳。

Objective In order to observe the effect of avermectin and levamisole complex forma on treating the parasites in sheep.Methods Positive sheep were identified and then were divided into five groups.The first group were injected avermectin and levamisole complex forma（0.4 mg/kg.BW avermectin and 4 mg/kg.BW levamisole）;the second group were 0.4 mg/kg.BW 1% avermectin;the third group were injected 20% levamisde 4 mg/kg.BW;the fourth group were taken 10 tablet/10 kg.BW.levamisole tablet（7.5 mg/tablet）;and the fifth group were blank control.Which were hypodermis injeded or fed by oral according sheep weight respectively. Results In group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,the rate of expelling parasite was 100%,on the 10th day the reduced rate of eggs and the sketchy anthelmintic rate were 100%.In group Ⅲ,the reduced rate of eggs and the sketchy anthelmintic rate were 91.3% and 85% respectively.and group Ⅳ were 82.7% and 75%.Conclusion In Avermectin complex forma Ⅱ,avermectin and levamisole can be matched,and the effect of which were best.
