美国爱达荷州立大学教师职业准入制度的改革与启示 被引量:10

摘要 教师职业准入是当前国际教师教育研究领域的重要课题。为提升教师教育的质量,美国许多机构制订了教师准入标准。其中,爱达荷州立大学(ISU)尤具代表性。ISU的教师职业准入有以下要求:申请者要提交个人传记、教育信念陈述、儿童个别差异案例、案例研究分析等申请材料,同时还要参加口头交流评估、态度评估、职业技能评估、思维能力评估,以及问题解决能力评估等五方面的面试,以充分反映申请者的教育实践能力。ISU的教师职业准入制度研究对我国教师资格标准的制订有较好的启示作用。
