摘要
目的探讨黏附分子CD146、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂2(TIMP-2)的表达对完全性葡萄胎恶变的预测价值。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测80例完全性葡萄胎(恶变组36例,未恶变组44例)组织中CD146、MMP-9及TIMP-2的表达,分析其对完全性葡萄胎恶变的预测价值。结果完全性葡萄胎恶变组中CD146、MMP-9的表达明显高于未恶变组,P均<0.01;TIMP-2在两组中的表达相近(P>0.05)。联合检测CD146、MMP-9的表达对完全性葡萄胎恶变的阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为84.1%和72.2%。结论CD146和MMP-9对完全性葡萄胎恶变的预测有一定价值,TIMP-2无预测价值。
[ Objective] To investigate the prognostic value of cell adhesion molecule CD146, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases (TIMP) -2 in malignant transformation of complete hydatidiform mole. [ Methods] The expressions of CD146, MMP - 9 and TIMP - 2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 80 cases of complete hydatidiform mole. The prognostic value was analyzed in malignant transformation of complete mole . [ Results ] The expression of CD146 and MMP - 9 was remarkably elevated in 36 cases of malignant transforming mole compared to 44 cases of non -malignant transforming mole (P 〈 0.01, respectively) , while there was no significant difference in TIMP -2 expression (P 〉 0.05). When the expressions of CD146 and MMP - 9 was used, the positive predictive value was 84.1% and the negative predictive value was 72.2% to the malignant transformation of complete hydatidiform mole. [ Conclusion] The increased expressions of CD146 and MMP - 9 are strong predictors for the malignant transformation of complete hydatidiform mole, while TIMP -2 has no predictive value.
