局部动脉灌注化疗和旁路手术治疗晚期胰头癌

Regional Arterial Infusion of Chemotherapy and By-pass Operation in Treatment of Advanced Carcinoma of Head of Pancreas

鉴于放疗、全身化疗和经Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ氏法作腹腔动脉大剂量灌注化疗都不能改善晚期胰头癌病人的生存期，自１９９２到１９９５年对６例不可切除的胰头癌病人，我们开展了胰头局部动脉植入式插管化疗和旁路手术治疗。结果５例已故病人的平均生存期１５．４月，第６例病人已带癌生存１８月。结果似优于近期其它报告，可作进一步对照研究。

Perceiving that radiotherapy,systemic chemotherapy and perfusion chemotherapy by Seldingers procedure have not improved the survival time of the patients with advanced carcinoma of the head of the pancreas,we developed infusion chemgotherapy of the head of the pancreas via the regional arterial catheterization and combined the by-pass operation to manage unresectable carcinoma of the head of the pancreas.Of the 6 cases 5 died with a mean survival time being 15 4 months and the sixth case has been surviving for 18 months without enlargement of the primary tumor or distant metastasis.
