摘要
运用热力学的原理,分析了火灾等灾害事故造成的低熵资源的无谓耗损、自然环境的双重熵增,阐明了火灾事故对可持续发展的严重危害性,探讨了在大力推进社会经济快速发展的进程中,坚持安全发展的原则实施防灾减灾战略的重要性。
Energetics principles have been used to analyze the meaningless loss of the materials with low entropy,the double increase of the entropy of the natural environment caused by disasters like fire.The serious hazards caused by fire to the constant development have been discussed.Importance to stick to safe development and to preventing and mitigating disasters during the rapid development of the social economy has been emphasized.
