摘要
通过分析大型商业建筑消防设计中面临的防火分区、人员疏散、灭火救援和商业空间利用等方面的问题,提出了"分隔内庭"的概念,阐述了使用平移式天窗解决大型商业建筑消防设计难题和水平疏散的消防设计理念,并通过中国义乌国际商贸城三期工程实例,验证其可行性和合理性。
Based on the analysis of the fire compartmentation,safe evacuation of people,fire rescue and space utilization of the large scale commercial buildings,the concept of＂dividing the inner atrium＂was presented.Methodology of using translating skylights to solve the fire protection difficulties in the design of large-scale commercial buildings and the horizontal evacuation problems has been introduced.Case study was done at the third stage project of Yiwu International Business ＆ Trade Mall,which proved the methodology is feasible and reasonable.
