5673例不育、不良孕育夫妇的染色体分析

Chromosome analysis of 5673 cases of infertility and abnormal pregnancy

目的探讨不育和不良孕育史与细胞遗传学的关系。方法通过5673不育、不良孕育史者的外周血,应用G,C带显带技术进行染色体核型分析。结果查出染色体异常核型610例,异常检出率为10.8%,主要包括克氏综合症278例、大Y37例、臂间倒位(9)27例、21-三体11例、Turner综合症47例、易位58例。结论染色体异常是不育、不良孕育的重要病因,细胞遗传学检查对临床具有决定性意义,可避免不必要的盲目诊治。

Objective To investigate the relationship between infertility and abnormal pregnancy with cytogenetics.Methods Peripheral blood in 5673 couples with infertility and bedness pregnancy were analyzed by chromosome G banding and C banding methods. Results Among 5673 cases there were 610 cases with abnormal karyotypes （10.8%） , Including 278 cases of 47,XXY, 37 cases of Yqh＋, 27case of inv（9）, 11 cases of 47,XX＋21, 47 cases of 45,XO, 58 cases of inversion .Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities is an important cause of infertility and badness pregnancy . Genetic counseling of infertility and badness pregnancy couples is of diagnostic value by which wrong diagnosis and treatment could be avoided.
