肌原性干细胞治疗压力性尿失禁进展 被引量:2

摘要 尿失禁作为一种常见的泌尿生殖系统疾病,其发病机制和病理演变以及相应的治疗手段,越来越引起学者的兴趣。以往观点认为尿失禁是由于盆底肌群松弛等原因引起,因而采用各种外科手术方法来改变尿道的角度和位置,但其毕竟是一种创伤性治疗并伴有外界异物的植入。近年来随着组织工程技术的成熟和应用,
