电除尘器以其高效率、低能耗、运行稳定等特点在除尘系统中占居了重要地位。针对电除尘系统运行故障率偏高、故障发生的原因和部位错综复杂等问题,本文提出了建造电除尘故障诊断专家系统。

The Electrostatic Precipitator （ESP） takes an important role in the blast furnace dust removing devices of the electric power-station for its high efficiency, low energy consuming and steady performance, According to the complicated equipment fault existing in ESP system, this paper presents the concept to design a Fault Diagnosis Expert System of ESP.
