基于.NET技术的科研信息管理系统的设计

随着科研工作的高速进展,科研信息管理作为科研工作的一个重要组成部分,如何提高管理质量和管理效率是当前一项迫切的工作任务。因此我们着手开发了这套科研信息管理系统,为科研管理人员服务,满足决策者对科研活动的宏观管理与做决策时的参考需要,实现对科研工作量的统计和科研工作者的绩效评估。该系统包括科研人员、科研课题、获奖成果、科技论文和科技著作的管理以及科研工作量的统计等功能模块,采用架构,以我比较熟悉的Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003为开发平台,采用面向对象的开发语言C#和Microsoft SQLServer2000数据库进行开发。

With the high speed development of scientific effort,scientific information management has become an important component of scientific effort,how to improve the quality and efficiency of management has become an urgently current task.So we explored this scientific information management system,offer service for scientific manager,satisfy referenced needs when decision maker do supervisot macro of scientific action and making decision,and fulfills statistic of scientific quantity and performance evaluation of scientific workers.This system includes research and development personnel ,scientific subject ,technological article, management of technological works, and statistic of scientific quantity and so on. This system is based on B/S structure. I explored it on platform of Microsoft Visual Studio. NET 2003 ,use object-oriented development language named C#,and database of Microsoft SQL Server2000.
