《金匮要略》对“水气病”的辨证思路及研究

Analysis the Syndrome Differentiation and Study the Disease of Water Qi in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

《金匮要略》既是一门基础医学又是一门临床学科,其"水气病"理疗至今仍指导着肾脏病的临床实践。文章分析了张仲景对于"水气病"的论述主要包括以下6点:(1)对于水肿的病因病机的论述内容丰富;(2)辨证证型与临床特点紧密联系;(3)注重临床病变的轻重缓急;(4)治则治法临床疗效显著;(5)具体证治分析详尽;(6)预后分析详细。

Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is a basic and clinical Medicine. The theory of Water Qi is still playing an important directorial roll on nephrology now. In our study, ZHANG Zhongjing. theory of Water Qi was summarized ： （ 1 ） The discussion in cause and mechanism of edema was very abundance; （2） Syndrome differentiation was according to clinical character; （3） Attach importance to disease character, benign or severity and acute or chronic ; （4） The principles and methods of treatment were effective; （5） The practical methods of treatment according to syndrome differentiation was expatiated; （6）The prognosis of disease was analyzed in detail.
