Review on Experimental Research on TCM Treatment for the Climacteric Syndrome

采用论述与分析的形式,根据大量实验研究结果及文献,从中医药对围绝经期综合征治疗的实验研究入手,探讨中医药对内分泌系统、免疫系统、血脂代谢及血液流变学、骨代谢以及自由基等的调节作用,认识中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的机制,提出有必要改进动物模型的设计。

This article apples abundant valuable results from experimental research and some correlative documents to explore the way of TCM regulating the endocrine system, the immune system, the blood rheology, the metabolism of the blood - lipid and the bone tissue, as well as the free radical. Meanwhile, this article makes analysis on the mechanism of the TCM treatment for Climacteric Syndrome. On the base of that the author thinks we should do some improvement of the animal experimental model.
