姜黄素防治大鼠高脂血症致肾脏损害的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄素防治大鼠高脂血症致肾脏损害的作用。方法:喂食高脂饲料(膏粱厚味)造成大鼠高脂血症致肾脏损害模型,姜黄素(高、中、低剂量)同时干预给药,分别检测血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDI-C)、血液流变学、24h尿蛋白量、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、肾功能(Scr、BUN)、肾组织病理(肾脏指数、系膜基底膜面密度、毛细血管襻面密度)。结果:姜黄素能改善高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL-c、全血黏度、血浆黏度,并能降低尿蛋白量、尿NAG、肾脏指数、系膜基底膜面密度,提高毛细血管襻面密度,呈现量效依赖关系。结论:姜黄素能防治大鼠高脂血症致肾脏损害,以高剂量姜黄素作用最为显著。 Objective: The study here aims to explore the curative effect of curcumin in preventing and treating renal injury caused by hyperlipemla. Methods: Make the rats model of renal injury caused by hyperlipemia by feeding high - lipid forage ,meanwhile ,intervene by administering eurcumin at high, medium and low dosage. After the experiment, respectively test serum lipid ( TG,TC, HDL - C and LDL - C) , blood rheology, 24 - hour urinary protein, urine - N - aeetyl - β- D - glucosaminidase ( NAG), kidney function ( Scr, BUN ), kidney pathology ( kidney indexes, density of mesangium and basilarmembrane, density of capillary loop. ) Results: The eureumin can improve TC, LDL- C ,TG, whole blood mueosity and the plasma mueosity, reduce urinary protein, urine - N - aeetyl - β - D - glueosaminidase (NAG) , kidney inde- xes, density of mesangium and basilarmembrane,increase density of capillary loop of the rats with hyperlipemia,in a dose -effect relationship. Conclusion: The eureumin can prevent and treat the renal injury cause by hyperlipemia, especially the eureumin in the high dosage group showing best.
