摘要
目的:观察补肾方治疗肾阴虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:对30例中医辨证为肾阴虚型PCOS患者采用中药补肾方治疗。主要观察BMI、WHR、T值及排卵情况等指标治疗前后变化。结果:治疗后激素水平下降较明显,体重指数也有明显改善,总有效率86.7%。结论:补肾方治疗肾阴虚型PCOS,效果明显。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Bushen Recipe in treating the deficiency of yin of kidney of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods ： Thirty PCOS patients with syndrome differentiation of TCM as kidney yin deficiency was treated with Chinese herbal medicine. The change of body mass index（BMI） ,waist - hip ratio（WHR） ,basal body temperature（BBT）, testosterone（T） before and after treatment were observed. Results： The T drops obvious and BBT has improved after treatment. Conclusion ： The Bushen Recipe could markedly improve the clinical symptoms of PCOS patients.
