"未病"的涵义应指健康、亚健康、已病防变等内容;"上工治未病"是最先进的医学观。亚健康属于未病中的"先兆"、《黄帝内经》中的"萌芽"、"微病"等范畴。亚健康处于健康与已病之间的阴阳失调临界态;亚健康的证候应定为亚证候,其证型应少于已病的证型,拟定68个证型以供参考;规范亚健康证型,寻找有效方药仍是难点与重点。
The connotation of the undiseased includes health, sub- health and stopping the progress of disease, et al. To treat the undiseased is the most advanced medical theory. Sub - health belongs to the aura of the undiseased, sprout and slight disease in Huangdi＇s Classic of Internal Medicine. Sub - health refers to state of imbalance between Yin and Yang between health and sub - health. The syndrome of sub - health should be defined to sub - syndrome, which in- eludes less symptoms than the syndrome of the diseases. In this article 68 types of syndrome were offered as the reference to standardize the syndrome of sub - health, and finding out the effect prescriptions is still the difficult and key pint.
