摘要
目的:观察"加味益胃汤"治疗红斑萎缩型口腔白色念珠菌感染的疗效。方法:选择门诊56例红斑萎缩型口腔白色念珠菌感染的患者,在口腔局部治疗的同时,皆给予中草药"加味益胃汤"水煎服治疗,15天为1个疗程,连服2个疗程,观察其病损区黏膜的恢复、自觉症状的改善、口腔念珠菌实验室检查等情况的变化。结果:治疗组痊愈27例,显效15例,有效9例,总有效率为91.1%,与对照组相比,P<0.05。结论:"加味益胃汤"治疗红斑萎缩型口腔白色念珠菌感染确有良好的临床效果,且疗效持久,复发率低,未发现有毒副作用。
Objective: To investigate the Modified Yiwei soup in the treatment of lupus atrophy type of oral Candida albieans infection. Methods : Choice 56 eases of erythema shrinking oral eandida albieans infection in outpatients, at the same time of oral treatment of partial, Given herbal Modified Yiwei soup treatment, 15 days for a course of treatment, even serving two courses. District observed mueosal lesions of recovery, the improvement of symptoms, oral eandidiasis, and other laboratory tests of the changes. Results: In the treatment group healed in 27 cases and effectual 15 eases, Effective 9 patients, and the total efficiency of 91.1%, compared with the control group, P 〈0. 05. Conclusion: Modified Yiwei soup for erythema atrophy type of oral Candida albieans infection have good clinical results, and lasting effect, the recurrence rate is low and no toxic side effects.
