加味益胃汤治疗红斑萎缩型口腔白色念珠菌感染临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Yiwei Soup for Erythema Atrophy Type of Oral Candida Albicans Infection

目的:观察"加味益胃汤"治疗红斑萎缩型口腔白色念珠菌感染的疗效。方法:选择门诊56例红斑萎缩型口腔白色念珠菌感染的患者,在口腔局部治疗的同时,皆给予中草药"加味益胃汤"水煎服治疗,15天为1个疗程,连服2个疗程,观察其病损区黏膜的恢复、自觉症状的改善、口腔念珠菌实验室检查等情况的变化。结果:治疗组痊愈27例,显效15例,有效9例,总有效率为91.1%,与对照组相比,P<0.05。结论:"加味益胃汤"治疗红斑萎缩型口腔白色念珠菌感染确有良好的临床效果,且疗效持久,复发率低,未发现有毒副作用。
