减少静脉肾盂造影碘对比剂不良反应的探讨

Evaluation of the Effects of Preventive Measures on the Rate of Negative Feedback of lodin Contrast of Intravenous Pyelography.

目的 减少静脉肾盂造影碘对比剂不良反应的发生率。方法 对345例实施静脉肾盂造影的患者在操作前、操作中采取预防措施。结果使用离子型碘对比剂的患者不良反应发生率为9．4％，使用非离子型碘对比剂的患者不良反应发生率为2.1％，比文献报道的发生率明显下降。结论采取正确预防措施是减少IVP碘对比剂不良反应的有效、可行的方法。

Objective To decrease the rate of negative feedback of contrast media of intravenous pyelography. Methods Intravenous pyelography was performed with preventive measures in 345 patients before and on operation.Results The rate of negative feedback of the patients who made use of ionil contrast media is 9.4 percent, while the patients used nonionil contrast media the rate is 2.1 percent, they are all lower than documentary digits. Conclusion Correct preventive measures are effective means to decrease the rate of negative feedback of ionil contrast media.
