摘要
对技术风险的理解由科学技术领域扩展到社会生活的各个层面,从社会、心理、文化视角出发对技术风险进行了全面深入的剖析,在此基础上进行技术风险管理理念创新,倡导技术风险管理的人文导向。
Modem technology changes the mode of humankinds＂ subsistence, brings us great welfare, but also brings a series of technology risks never exist before. The paper expands the comprehension of risk technology, from the science field to the social and psychological and cultural fields. We should construct the new ideas of technology risk management, which is the humanity orientation of it.
