摘要
系统阐述了企业自主培养后备管理人才的多方面经营价值,并着重探讨分析了管理培训生计划、接替规划、人才加速储备库计划等三种自主培养主要模式的关键特点及实施策略,以期帮助企业科学选择适合的后备管理人才自主培养模式,并积极促进企业的可持续发展。
This article discussed the business values of enterprise self-developing potential management talent, and focus on the analyzed the features and implementation polices of three important self-developing patterns such as Management Trainee Program, Succession Planning and Acceleration Pool. It hopes to provide the right choice to self-developing potential management talent for the enterprises.
