摘要
国外从多元化管理、公平就业机会、性别歧视与性骚扰等方面研究女性员工的人力资源管理;性别研究的理论及实践贯穿于人力资源管理的各个实践环节。但是,国外人力资源管理者更注重从法律角度来研究女性人力资源的管理问题,针对女性人力资源的个性化、深入化、专门化的研究则颇为匮乏。
Diversity Managing, EEO, Gender discrimination and sexual harassment are researched by foreign scholars in women's human research management. Gender has been introduced to HRM's theory and practice. Law has been paid lots of attention. Women HRM should be studied in a more individualized, deep, and specialized way.
