摘要
构建了企业R&D主管胜任力模型,对各项胜任力指标的内涵作了诠释;利用层次分析法确定了各个层次胜任力指标的权重;分层次展开模糊综合评价,并综合出R&D主管胜任力总的评价结果,进而求出其与标准R&D主管的贴近度;最后,给出了具体的应用实例。
A competence model on R&D directors was established in enterprises. Each of competence indices was explained. The analytic hierarchy process was applied to determining the competence index weight on every level. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation was used in different levels. The specific applied example was given out finally.
