RT-PCR法克隆拟南芥中NPR1基因及其植物表达载体的构建 被引量:1

摘要 园林植物多进行保护地栽培,高温高湿的局部小气候使园林植物更容易感染多种病害,一旦染病则极大地影响园林植物的观赏价值,造成较大的经济损失。文章采用RT-PCR扩增的方法从拟南芥基因组中克隆到能够介导植物广谱抗病的NPR1基因,并将其构建植物表达载体,为下一步的转化园林植物工作打下基础。 The horticultural plants usually are cultivated in the greenroom where is easy to cause many bacterial and fungal diseases. Once they were infected by all kinds of diseases, the horticultural plants' value of view and admire was seriously affected and the economy value was seriously reduced. In the experiment, NPR1 gene which can significantly enhance the resistance for broadrange of pathogens from the Arabidopsis thaliana genome was amplified by RT-PCR and the plant expression vector containing NPR1 gene was constructed. It provides an avenue for transgenic breeding of horticultural plants.
