三椎体六钉固定治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折15例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨后路经椎弓根钉治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折的初步疗效。方法对35例胸腰段爆裂骨折患者均于伤后1周内行后路经椎弓根螺钉植入复位固定植骨融合术。其中20例采用目前国内通用的AF内固定系统复位固定术,15例采用在骨折椎和相邻上、下椎植入六枚椎弓根螺钉的复位固定术,进行疗效比较。结果全部病例随访3-21(平均12)个月。20例四钉固定无改变2例,部分改善5例,余均完全复位。15例六钉固定椎体复位达90%-100%。脱位完全纠正。术后近期均无严重并发症。结论应用三椎体六钉固定治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折在操作技术上是可行的,对恢复椎体高度和纠正脱位满意,是一种有效术式。
