HPLC法测定炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine in yankening tablets by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法Kromasil C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;乙腈-0.05 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（30∶70）为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1;检测波长为347 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱线性范围为20.2-181.8 mg·L^-1（r=0.999 9,n=5）,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=0.32%（n=6）。结论该方法准确、简便,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Aim To establish a HPLC method for determining berberine in Yankening tablets. Methods C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 ram,5μm） was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 05 ·min^-1 KDP （30： 70）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1 . Diode array detector was set at 347 nm. Results The linear range of berberine was between 20.2 and 181.8 nag · L ^- 1 （ r = 0. 999 9,n = 5 ） and the average recovery were 99.71% with RSD being 0, 32% （ n=6 ）.
