摘要
在狐狸的人工授精中，有些输精员采精时只收集后半段浓精液，而将先射出的精清部分或全部丢弃；然后，再用精液稀释液稀释、输精，这种做法不科学。
动物繁殖学研究表明，精子在睾丸中的曲精细管内不断产生，形成的精子随着精细管液流出，并经直精细管、睾丸网、输出管进入到附睾，在附睾中成熟并贮存在附睾内。
