摘要
600MW燃煤机组汽轮机基座运转层是一个复杂的钢筋混凝土结构,钢筋密集,各专业预埋件、直埋螺栓、预埋管的施工精确度要求非常高。以往由于二维设计图不够直观,出现干涉较多,错漏之处给施工带来许多困难。为此,分析了建设中的珠海3号机组(600MW)汽轮机基座运转层二维设计中存在的一些问题,利用AutoCAD软件对基座运转层进行二次三维设计,模拟施工。通过直观的三维视图,显示出各种预埋件(管)之间、预埋件(管)与钢筋之间的层次、位置、空间关系,提前发现并及时解决了设计原图中存在的问题,从而加快施工进度,避免了资源浪费。
The turbine base frame operating layer of a 600 MW coal-fired unit is a complicated reinforced concrete structure, marked by dense steel bars and strictly required construction accuracy of various embedded parts, directly-buried bolts and embedded pipes. The conventional 2D design, however, is not intuitive enough and has much interference, the errors of which create many difficulties for the construction. Therefore, upon analysis of some problems existing in the 2D design of turbine base frame operating layer of 6(1(I MW Unit 3 in Zhuhai Power Plant, AutoCAD is used in the 3D redesign and simulated construction of the base frame operating layer. The 3D view intuitively shows the spatial relation among embedded parts (pipes) and steel bars, enabling timely discovery and solution of problems in the original design, thus expediting the construction and saving resources.
