摘要 根据状态估计的原理,结合清远地区电力调度中心(以下简称"地调")的实际情况,分析了影响状态估计运行率指标的主要因素,并采取了有针对性的改进措施,提高了清远地调状态估计软件的运行率指标,为实现PAS系统的实用化功能创造了条件。 According to the principle of state estimation (SE), and combined with the actualities of power dispatch in the Qingyuan area, the main factors influencing the SE operational rate was analyzed, and some measures were taken to raise the operational rate of the SE software and create favorable conditions for realizing the practical function of power application system (PAS).
