根据电力工程项目管理的实际,从工程项目招投标管理中,对最高限价的实施过程存在问题进行分析,提出相应的解决办法或建议,使工程项目招投标最高限价的管理更具科学化、规范化、权威性、严肃性。
According to the actual power project management and project bidding management, problems in the implementation of the price-cap are analyzed, and the solutions or recommendations provided, so as to make the pricecap management more scientific, standardized, authoritative and serious.
