摘要
在酒精清液发酵,初糖为12%,采用连续补料工艺的条件下,酒精体积分数达到14%(20℃),比单罐发酵提高了2%,糖醇转化率达到46%。
Continuing Fed - batch alcoholic fermentation was carried out in clarifying glucose solution in which the concentration of glucose was 12%. The ethanol content reached 14% （v/v, 20℃） which was 2% higher than in batch. The rate of utilization of sugar was 46 %.
