摘要
为了更精确地测定氯化聚丙烯和改性氯化聚丙烯的氯含量,选用氧瓶燃烧-离子色谱分析法来测定样品中的氯含量。对样品的燃烧的条件、吸收的条件进行了优化,测定了空白样、标准溶液、氯化聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯中的氯含量。并与氧瓶燃烧酸碱电位滴定法和氯离子选择性电极法进行了对比分析。认为改良氧瓶燃烧-离子色谱法可适用于其他含氯塑料和树脂的氯含量的分析,其实验结果比较令人满意并且分析速度快速准确,减少了人为误差,用仪器分析代替人力分析是分析工作的发展方向。
In order to determine chloride content of chlorinated polypropylene and improved chlorinated polypropylene more accurately, the chloride content of samples were determined by the method of oxygen flask combustion - ion chromatography. The condition of combustion and absorption of the specimen was optimized, chloride content of the blank specimen, the criteria specimen, polyvinylchloride, chlorinated polypropylene were measured and contrasts this method with oxygen flask combustion acid - base electric titration and chloride ion additive selective electrode. The method of improved oxygen flask combustion - ion chromatography can also be used to measure chloride content of chlorinated resin and plastics. The results measured by it were satisfied with us and this way was faster and more accuracy than other methods. Personal error was avoided by this method and it was the developmental trend of instrument orientation analysis instead of false analysis.
