通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察统计法得出:优秀散打运动员竞技能力全面均衡的发展及特长技术在竞技能力的超前发展。提出:特长技术运用的距离差打法,时间差打法,空间差打法,时机打法,反抑制技术、放射性的发展特长技术的训练;不同技战术打法运动员的训练,从而为提高我国散打竞技水平提供参考依据。

Through the documents and materials,expert＇s interview,the statistic,we can draw：overall equilibrium development of ability Sanda athletes.of the outstanding and excessive development specialty technology .Propose： Distance difference play that specialty technology uses;Time difference play;Play of space;Opportunity play;suppress instead technology,radioactive development training method,specialty of technology;Skill not different tactics play athlete.Thus It offers the reference basis improving the sports level of sanda of our country.
