玻璃体切除联合人工晶体植入术治疗复杂的眼球穿通伤、眼内异物

Vitrectomy Combined with PC IOL Implantation in Penetrating Ocular Injury Accompanied with Intraocular Foreign Bodies

目的探讨玻璃体切除联合人工晶体植入术治疗复杂的眼球穿通伤、眼内异物的可行性和有效性。方法对１５例同一眼患有眼球穿通伤、外伤性白内障、玻璃体混浊、眼内异物存留的患者，施行晶体切除、玻璃体切除、眼内异物摘出联合保留晶体前囊的后房型人工晶体植入睫状沟固定四联手术，术后随访４～１４个月。结果视力≥０．５者１２例，占８０％，最佳视力达１．２；单眼脱盲率达９３％，并对手术并发症进行了讨论。结论该四联手术是治疗复杂眼球穿通伤、眼内异物的一种安全快捷、疗效确切可靠的手术方法。

ObjectiveTo study the safeness and effectiveness of combined operations in complicated penetrating ocular injury and intraocular foreign bodies.MethodsFour combined surgery (lensectomy,vitrectomy,intraocular foreign bodies extraction combined with PC IOL Implantation)was performed on 15 patients with penetrating ocular injury, traumatic cataract,vitreous opacities and intraocular foreign bodies in one eye.They had been followed up for 4 14 months postoperatively.ResultsThe uncorrected visual acuity of 80% patients could reach 0.5 or better,the best vision was 1.2,the unilateral recovery rate from blindness was 93%.ConclusionFour combined surgery is a safe and reliable one for rapid rehabitation of visual acuity in patients with complicated penetrating ocular injury and intraocular foreign bodies.
