护理人员对护理问题认知状况的调查

Survey on knowledge status in nursing problem of nursing staff

目的:了解护理人员(包括护士和护生)对护理问题及相关知识的认知状况。方法:采用现状调查法,把120名护理人员分为4组进行问卷调查。结果:四个组的得分有显著差异(F=5.93,P<0.01)。在对护理问题概念的认识上,认为是护士工作的偏差的有5人,占4.27%;认为是病人的健康问题的有41人,占35.04%;认为是病人健康的、现存的、潜在的特殊问题的有71人,占60.68%。结论:不同学历护理人员对护理问题及相关知识的看法不一,有必要对护理人员进行培训,同时需要对护理诊断、护理问题及健康问题有一个统一的认识,以便于护理人员交流和总结经验,促进护理事业的发展。

Objective To understand the knowledge status in nursing problem of nursing staff. Method 120 nurses were divided into four groups and asked to fill out a questionnaire. Results There is significant difference in the score of the four groups （ F = 5.93, P 〈 0.01 ）. About the conception of nursing problem, 5 nurses（4.27% ） think that is the error work of nurses ; 41 nurses（ 35.04% ） think that is the healthy problem of patients; 71 nurses（60.68% ）think that is healthy, extant and potential specific problem. Conclusion The nurses who get different education has different viewpoint about nursing problem, so it is essential to provide training to enhance their knowledge and get the same view about the conception of nursing problem. It is beneficial to summarize experience for nurses.
