Combination of traditional Chinese drug and western medicine treating medicinal abortion

目的：观察中药生化汤在药物流产中治疗阴道流血的情况。方法：对98例孕10~16周药物流产的健康妇女,经流产后做B超进行分组,B超显示宫内未见残留物为对照组,有少量残留物为治疗组,较多残留物及药物流产失败为清宫组。对治疗组流产后加服生化汤,与其他两组比较阴道流血量及时间。结果：治疗组服用生化汤后,阴道出血时间与清宫组接近,与对照组比较平均缩短约4d,有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。出血量也较少,但P〉0.05无统计学意义。结论：中药生化汤在治疗药物流产后阴道出血时间上有一定疗效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenghua Tang reducing vagina bleeding with Mifepristone and Misoprostol. Method 98 healthy women （gestational weeks of 10 -16 weeks） underwent medicinal abortion with Mifepristone and Misoprostol were divided into three groups. The treatment group was given Shenghua Tang after abortion, the other two groups gave nothing, and the amount and time of vagina bleeding were observed. Results The vagina bleeding time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the other two groups （P 〈 0.1301 ）. Vagina bleeding amount of the treatment group was less than the other two groups, but didn＇t show significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Shenghua Tang combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol is effective in reducing vagina bleeding.
