摘要
柔性制造系统能根据产品变化的要求,在短时间内完成系统改造,维护成本低,适应性强。通过对柔性制造系统结构的分析,给出了一个简易柔性制造系统的设计思路,并阐述了用西门子可编程控制器和PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术实现该柔性制造系统的方法。
The flexible manufacturing system can complete the system transformation in short time aeeording to the variation of produet request, with strong compatibility and low eost to maintain. Through analyzing the strueture of the flexible manufaeture system, the design mentality of a simple flexible manufaeturing system is presented, and the method to praetiee the system with siemens programmable eontroller and PttOFIBUS-DP field bus teehnology are diseussed.
