寻找差异表达基因的新方法:mRNA差异显示 被引量：1

摘要 研究不同类型、不同功能状态的细胞的差异表达基因对阐明生命本质的分子基础具有重要意义，本文就新近出现的一种分离和克隆差异表达基因的方法——差异显示做一综述。
