参麦注射液对冠心病患者心血管功能影响的临床对照观察

Clinical Control Observationon Influence of Shen Mai Injection to Cardiovaseular Function in Patieut of CHD

将采用常规疗法加静脉滴注参麦注射液治疗的冠心病患者６０例（治疗组），与常规疗法治疗的３０例（对照组）作比较。用华南ＣＰＡ－２系列人体多器官功能检测仪测定心血管功能指标，观察两组治疗前后的心血管功能变化。结果治疗前两组患者心血管功能检测指标经统计学处理，无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗后治疗组患者的心血管功能与治疗前比较有改善（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗后两组心血管功能比较，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。对照组治疗后心血管功能与治疗前比较略有改善，但无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

We observed 60 cases of CHD treated a with introvenous drip of Shen Mai Injectiov and conventional therapy as treating group and another 30 cases of the same disease treated with conventional therapy orly as coutrol group.The cardiovascular fanction was detected by CPA-2 Human Multi Organ Function Detector.The results showed that before the treatment,there was no significant difference of the cardiovascular function between the two groups(P>0.05).Affer treatments,howerer,the cardiovascular function of the treating group was improved (P<0.05).The cardiovascular function of the two groups affer treatment had a significant differerce,poocessed by statistics(P<0.05).In the contral group,though the cardio vascular function inproved a little after treatmene,there was no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05).
