Imaging diagnosis and analysis of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis

目的:回顾性分析肺泡蛋白沉积症(pulmonary alveolar proteinosis PAP)的X线和CT表现,以提高对本病的认识。方法:回顾性分析4例经病理及临床证实的PAP的X线与CT征象。结果:X线平片呈非特异性弥漫分布的肺泡实变影或磨玻璃阴影,CT扫描病变呈地图样分布或碎石路征。结论:CT尤其是HRCT可清楚显示PAP病变的范围及典型特征性改变,结合临床可做出诊断。

Objective： To analyze retrospectively the chest x-ray and CT findings of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis （PAP） to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods： The X-ray and CT findings of 4 cases with pathology and clinic confirmed PAP were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The chest X-ray revealed bilateral diffuse alveolar consolidation and ground -glass appearance in all the patients. CT revealed the distributed geographically and paved crazily appearance. Conclusion： CT, especially HRCT can well reveal the extend and the typical features of PAP, the reliable diagnosis of PAP can he made combined with clinical symptoms of PAP.
