摘要
将模糊集理论与经典的和谐检验与非和谐检验相结合,提出一种模糊ELECTRE的方法。所计算得到的和谐指数、非和谐指数和评价结果都是基于LR梯形模糊数的形式,符合模糊决策系统的实际情况,克服了以往应用ELECTRE方法遇到模糊数难以排序或直接转化为确定系统的缺点。
In this paper, fuzzy set theory and classical concordance test and discordance test are integrated together, and a new fuzzy ELECTRE method is proposed. The concordance index, discordance index and evaluation results are all obtained in the form of LR trapezoid fuzzy numbers, which accords with the facts of fuzzy decision making system. Though this way, some disadvantages are overcome, such as alternatives difficult to rank or have to be translated to ascertain system when ELECTRE method meets fuzzy numbers.
