武汉大学270例离退休教职工2002-2005年死因谱分析

Analysis on Death Reasons of 270 Retired Staffs in Wuhan University from Year 2002 to 2005

目的:了解高校离退休教职工的死亡现状及分布规律,为高校预防保健工作提供依据。方法:回顾性收集2002-2005年高校的死因登记资料,按疾病种类进行归类。结果:高校教职工的致死病因依次为恶性肿瘤(31.1%),心血管疾病(30.4%)和脑血管疾病(20.0%),死亡的平均年龄为(75.1±8.13)岁,各死因在性别、各校区以及不同职称间差别不大。恶性肿瘤中的致死疾病依次为肺癌(31.0%),胃癌(22.6%)和肝癌(17.9%)。肿瘤平均死亡年龄为(72.6±7.80)岁,各校区之间各类恶性肿瘤的构成无统计学差异(P=0.648)。结论:应加强卫生宣传教育与促进健康活动,指导教职工改变不良生活习惯,提高健康水平。

Objective： To investigate the current mortal status and the distribution of retired staffs in Wuhan University, so as to provide advices for the prevention and health protection. Methods. A retrospective study was conducted on registration data from 2002 to 2005 about the causes of death that classified by the category of diseases. Results： Malignant tumor as the first main death reason accounted for 31. 1% of all death, the following reasons were cardiovascular disease （30.4%） and cerebrovascular disease （20.0%） respectively. The average age of death was （75.1±8.13） years. There was no significant difference in terms of sex, college district and post before retirement. Lung cancer accounted for 31.0% of all the malignancy death, the following reasons were gastric cancer （22. 6%） and liver cancer （37. 9%） respectively. The average age of death of tumor was （72. 6±7.80） years. Conclusion. Health education should be intensified, health informations should be publicized and bad living habits should be given up in order to improve the health condition.
