Deconstruction and Reconstruction: Research on Interior Power Structure of University

大学权力体系的研究渐渐引人关注,本文通过对众多大学权力理论的分析,发现其在逻辑层面都存在悖论,并在此基础上重新建构了基于让渡理论的大学内部权力结构。大学中的正式职权集中体现为行政职权体系,其权力主要来源于政府权力(政党权力)、学术权力、市场权力等的让渡,表现为一个权变的系统。

The research on power system in universities attracts more attention gradually,but there are some paradoxes at logic level in many theories about university power. In this article, interior power structure of university are reconstructed based on transfer theory. As official power in university, the administrative authority system mainly origins from the transfer of the government authority （political party power）, the academic power, the market power and so on,which is a contingency power system.
