摘要 研究了以马来酸酐和碳酸氢铵为原料,在无催化剂的条件下微波干法合成了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)。探讨了反应原料的物质的量比、微波的输出功率和辐射时间等对反应的影响,确立反应的最佳试验条件是马来酸酐和碳酸氢铵的物质的量比为1∶1.2,2 450 MHz微波输出功率为900 W,辐射时间为15 min。产品的阻垢性能与传统加热方法制得的接近。 The microwave power was studied as a new heating means for the synthesis of polyaspartic acid from maleic anhydride and ammonium acid carbonate.Effects of reactant mole ratio,the microwave power and irradiation time on the reaction were investigated.The best conditions were given as follows:The ratio between maleic anhydride and ammonium acid carbonate was 1∶1.2,the output power of the 2 450 MHz microwave was 900 W,and the irradiation time was 15 min.Its fouling inhibition performance against calcium carbonate was as good as the polymer synthesized by conventional condensation polymerization.
